This site is operated by getBuckler Solutions Private Limited ("getBuckler Solutions", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN U74904PN2025PTC238133) with its registered office at SR No - 176, Suyog Space, Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra 411057, India. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.

You may view, download and share pages for your own or your organisation's internal reference. You must not:

• use the site unlawfully or in a way that infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems, or probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it;
• scrape, harvest or copy its content at scale, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.

Security researchers who believe they have found a vulnerability can report it responsibly to our contact address; please do not access data or disrupt service while doing so.

Articles, guides, checklists and self-assessment results on this site are general information. They are not security, compliance, legal, audit or other professional advice, do not certify or attest compliance with any framework, and do not create a client relationship. Results depend entirely on the answers you give. Take advice specific to your situation before acting on them.

The site and its content — text, graphics, logos, layout and tools — are owned by getBuckler Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except as allowed above, you need our written permission to use them. Framework and product names (for example ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and partner vendor names) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for identification.

You are responsible for information you submit and confirm that you are entitled to share it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice. Please do not send confidential information through web forms before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

The site links to third-party websites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components. Content may be out of date and we may change or remove it at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for: (a) any indirect, special or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings; or (c) loss or corruption of data — arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or its content.

Our total aggregate liability to you arising from the site in any twelve-month period is limited to INR 10,000. Our liability for consulting services is governed solely by the relevant services agreement.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

We may suspend, restrict or end your access to all or part of the site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, or for security, legal or operational reasons. We may also withdraw or change the site or any tool. You may stop using the site at any time.

Sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law and disputes continue to apply after your use ends.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the site (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of India.

If you are a consumer living in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.

Before starting proceedings, the party raising a dispute must give written notice to the other (to us at connect@getbuckler.com), and both parties will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

If it is not resolved, the dispute will be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement (or, failing agreement, in accordance with that Act). The seat and venue of arbitration is Pune, Maharashtra, India, and the language is English. The award is final and binding.

Subject to arbitration, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, including over applications for interim or urgent relief. Either party may seek such relief at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class, consolidated or representative action. This section does not affect mandatory consumer rights described under "Governing law".

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new version number and date; the version in force when you use the site applies. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor business. These terms, with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
